Izzy BARD | FOUNDER
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Izzy has excelled at handling projects and in business. After moving to Miami and directing his focus to the yachting industry, he knew exactly how to bring people together and build a prestigious brand.
In just 1 year, Izzy has managed to build his company into one of the most popular Yacht charter companies Miami has to offer, with ten yachts under management to date.
With a strong background in finance. Izzy has syndicated real estate deals in the Miami area as well. He is an upcoming entrepreneur that is making serious waves in the real estate industry.
EllioT Schreiber | CEO
Born in Brooklyn, NY and always an avid traveler, Elliot has racked up a lot of travel points. In 2015, Elliot was hired as head of sales at Regal Wings. Under his leadership, Regal Wings grew into the fastest growing B2B luxury travel provider in the country and made it to the prestigious Inc. 500 two years running.
As the new CEO of Regal Yachts, Elliot is leading RYM’s expansion into the Miami luxury hospitality scene & nationwide as well.
Elliot is also a proud watch enthusiast. He is an amateur singer/songwriter. As COO of Regal Travel Group, RYM’s parent company, he splits his time between New York & Miami, Florida.
Faigy Einhorn | COO
Faigy is a lifelong New Yorker and high energy leader, who is always ready to take action. She is customer focused and will go above and beyond to make client needs a priority in every business goal.
As the director of operations for Regal Travel Group, and CEO of Regal Wings, Faigy utilizes her luxury travel industry experience of over 20 years to optimize RYM's business processes and operations.
On a personal level she enjoys adventures, traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Captain Manny | head captain
Born & raised in Miami, from a very young age, Captain Manny Gomez was fascinated by boats & their engines. He is self-motivated & punctual which makes him fluent & effective in communication skills. Moreover, his ability to take on-boarding decisions on the basis of weather reports & to work in a very dynamic environment are a combination of both talent & skill.
Armed with natural people pleasing skills, Captain Manny seeks to give clients the time of their life. “My competitiveness leads me to strive to give my guests the experience of a lifetime.”
Safety is the number one priority on Captain Manny’s mind. If there’s no safety, there is no fun. When not on the boat, Captain Manny tends to his custom performance cars. His favorite is the “F150 Super Snake”.
Karina | Director of Sales & Customer Experience
Born in Ukraine and now residing in Florida, Karina has been in the yachting industry for 9 years. Her long line of experience has left a trail of happy customers and has garnered her a prominent and well respected reputation in the yachting industry.
As Director of Sales and Customer Experience, she loves providing an unforgettable yachting experience for clients as worry-free and fun. Her goal is to make every customer a repeat customer.
Karina never stops working. While working out in the gym, Karina can be found working on the itinerary for clients. When she is not working, she prefers hanging out with her family. Karina’s message is clear, you don’t need a special reason to be on a yacht. Any excuse to be on the water is good enough!
YitzY | Manager
Yitzy came to Miami from upstate NY and fell in love with the city. His passion for the Miami nightlife & boating industry had him join a growing Yachting Charter Company. His strong discipline & attention to detail got him promoted to manager.
As manager at Regal Yachting Miami, his job is to work closely with the captain & the crew so everything runs smoothly. Yitzy makes the impossible possible. He is the engine that keeps the ship moving.
But more importantly, Yitzy is known for his passion for hospitality. His dedication will make you come for more. Nothing is more satisfying to Yitzy than a boat full of happy campers. Yitzy is adventurous and always interested in pursuing new goals. He is learning how to do solo skydiving while training to obtain a Captain’s license.
Lemi | First Mate
Born to a father, a distinguished sea captain, in Miami, Lemi was exposed to boats from a very young age. Being out on the water is something he enjoys very much. You can say it’s in his blood.
As first mate, Lemi has an important job. He’s the captain's eyes and ears on the boat. Safety is really important to Lemi and he takes it very seriously.
He is a people person who enjoys the guests that come on the boat. He has a fantastic personality that everyone loves.
Sheree | Stewardess
Sheree @freetomove_ is a sports therapist & massage specialist who works with athletes ranging from the MLB, MMA, & Boxing world.
As a child at age 9 growing up in Beijing, she would visit massage clinics & would practice massage therapy on her parents. She is fluent in Mandarin & is a purple belt world champion in Jiu-Jitsu.
While working with clients, she takes into account the five elements of Chinese medicine that entail earth, fire, air, metal, & of course, water. On the Regal Yachting Charter with Sheree, you will be in touch with your inner chi on the waters of Miami.
In spare time, Sheree loves gardening, playing with her dog Mama, & sketching drawings.
Monica | Stewardess
Hailing from the big apple, Monica worked as styling assistant at Vogue runway. Being exposed to high profile clients, no task or special request was too demanding.
After many successful years in the fashion industry, Monica opted for a change of scenery in Miami, Florida. One boat ride convinced her that the yachting industry was her true calling. As lifestyle manager, she goes beyond the call of duty to please her eager customers.
Special requests are Monica’s speciality. Whether floral arrangements for an anniversary, or drone videography, she will be on top of it and get it done. Her people’s skills are top notch.
In addition, Monica is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. Her background in getting things done for her clients serves her well in the real estate industry as well.
Brittany | Stewardess
Brittany has a fantastic personality with a lifetime full of experience in customer service & hospitality.
Born in Colorado, Brittany moved to New York to pursue a scholarship in theater & fine arts. She then returned to Colorado to complete her studies.
Throughout the years, Brittany has worked in daycare centers, bartending, night clubs, aviation charter companies. She has seen it all.
As a stewardess, Brittany thrives off other people. Nothing pleases her more than bringing a smile on a client’s face. She loves the yachting industry and even enjoys cleaning the deck.
Chef Kamar | chef
It’s a beautiful afternoon in Florida. You’re on a magnificent vessel courtesy to Regal Yachting Miami. The smell of the sea entices your taste buds. As you dig into the nourishing spread you may wonder “ where did all this tasty food come from”?
Enter Chef Kamar Lee!
Kamar Lee was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Inspired by her grandmother, she fell in love with cooking. She worked in the Hard Rock hotel in Hollywood, Florida and made her way all the way up to sous chef.
Her favorite dishes are seafood based, especially the yellow snapper.
Chef Lee loves it when she hears the positive feedback on her exquisite dishes. The pure joy of a well prepared meal that was made from the heart that stimulates your belly is something Chef Kamar Lee lives for.
